The apartment is located in Almaty overlooking the Northern Tien-Shan mountains. The bearing structure of the building was made from cast in situ concrete. The imperfect beauty of the structure became a fresco, which only needed some framing.
Space was arranged to create free flow movement around the apartment.
A wooden ceiling was added to contrast the rough concrete. The ceiling also plays a key role in giving a visual hint to the changes in the space function.
Natural light reaching every corner of the apartment was the aspiration that led to having as few partitions as possible.
A glazed wall was used to let the natural light come into the bedroom.
There are two ways to enter the bathroom: through the entrance hall and bedroom. As a result uninterrupted movement around the apartment was created.
