The staircase leading to commercial space is located in a residential building. The existing stairs did not have a roof that fully covered it.
Starting the stairs from the corner of the building made it possible to add a landing to the stairs and have a roof fully covering it.
A cantilever bench with a window to the stars was designed for sitting with a glass of wine.
